Jonathan West did a careful inspection of our current gutters. He did a very professional presentation of the products his company offers, and a thorough explanation of the solution to our current problems. He listened carefully to what we were interested on. In the end, the company's reputation and quality of the products, and his presentation drove us to make a decision to get Leaf Guard.
The sales man, Craig Fletcher came out to our home on time. He was very pleasant and respectful of our home. He gave us a thorough description of the leaf guard product. We had lined up two other companies to get estimates and compare product but because the gutters seemed exceptional (and Craig worked with us with the cost and financing) we cancelled the other companies and signed up! We also loved the lifetime transferable warranty.
I recently ordered Leafguard gutters after a very informative discussion which included actual photo and video survey of the current condition of existing gutters. The survey allowed me to see problems for myself. The sales person was very knowledgable and provided various samples of different styles and materials of both existing gutters and potential replacements for comparison. I am extremely pleased with my decision and looking forward to the gutter install because I believe the house will look much better.
