I used to use H&R block I started coming to wits last year and had the best experience I have ever had filing my taxes they are so sweet and genuinely care about their customers ! I highly recommend WITS TO EVERYONE ❤️I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. And the preparers explained everything so that I felt good about leaving knowing I had filed return with them also the prices are awesome way cheaper than where I had went before . I have been getting my taxes done by wits since I started working (15 yrs old) and have always been satisfied, as a self employed business owner in my young 20’s Carol directed me on how/what to do when I was clueless! Definitely recommend!
As someone who usually just uses turbo tax, I had a great first experience at WITS. The front staff was both inviting and helpful from the second I stepped in the door. The tax preparer was very personable and knowledgeable. She was able to explain everything in a way I was able to easily understand and I left feeling confident in my return. As for the prices, they seemed to be very fair for the work that was done. I was so pleased that I will continue to use WITS in the future.
