If I could give more than 5 stars I would!<br><br>After receiving an estimate from another company, I decided to get a second opinion and called EZ HEAT. Skip came to my house, took the time to carefully measure everything, and made sure we were getting the correct size boiler instead of just guessing.<br><br>While inspecting the plumbing and determining what fittings would be needed for the installation, he noticed that the previous technician from Buckeye Horizon had not reassembled my ductwork correctly. That mistake was allowing carbon monoxide to leak into my laundry room—a serious safety hazard.<br><br>Skip immediately told me he wasn’t leaving until the problem was fixed. He called one of his technicians, explained exactly what was needed, and made sure the ductwork was repaired correctly. He didn’t charge me a single penny for diagnosing the issue or fixing the ductwork.<br><br>About a week later, my new boiler arrived, and the EZ HEAT crew had it professionally installed in about seven hours. They were knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and genuinely cared about my family’s safety—not just making a sale.<br><br>It’s hard to find companies that go above and beyond the way they did. If you’re looking for honest, reasonably priced professionals who truly stand behind their work, I can’t recommend EZ HEAT Heating, Cooling & Plumbing enough.
