Jess Mitchell is always super friendly when either I or my family come in to get a haircut. She’s always asking us about our lives and staying updated on what’s happening and making sure that we feel like we’re being listened to. Jess makes a haircut more than a haircut. Pretty standard chain salon. Called to set an appointment and was told they were not taking appointments but there was no wait. It took me less than ten minutes to arrive after that call and got stuck waiting in my car for 20 minutes. Haircut was very rushed.
