I would not hesitate one bit to recommend SPT to anyone who needs this type of service. From beginning to end, they were wonderful. Justin and Tom came out to do the estimate and they were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. When it was time for the job to be done, Tom, Ed, and Evan were awesome. On time each day, hard workers, even in the heat, and finished the job on time. They even made sure that they cleaned up. SPT did an awesome job. We had several cracked and broke clay tiles, multiple wyes and they were able to get the repair done. They also were patient on scheduling with us, as this was a commercial building and we needed to work around our tenants schedules to some degree. The level of communication from them was fantastic. We will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend.

The men who came out determined that the liner they install would not be helpful. Then they did not give up but tried another machine to clear an obstruction and that has seemed to work. The extra effort was much appreciated.
