Specialized Pipe Technologies did such a great job on relining and replacing some of our plumbing in our basement. They gave a courtesy call every morning to let us know an eta so that we could prepare for their arrival. They were always here right on time, incredibly professional and kind, and even cleaned up after themselves every day after working all day long so that we didn’t have a mess to clean up after they left. They ran into problems that were unexpected during the job, and quickly found a way to fix the secondary problem at the cheapest price for us. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them again and again to anyone needing the services they provide.

The 2 technicians sent to our home was professional, friendly and willing to answer my questions. Explained the process of scoping the sewer line and shared the viewing of the screen as they retrieved the camera. Also Explained the process of how they would possibly fix the issue.

This company was an absolute delight work with. They were great from the very first phone call that was made. Every interaction was informative, professional and helpful. This company helped us with a cracked sewer line pipe that many other companies failed to identify! Their product took care of the issue that had been plaguing us for a long time, not to mention the cost savings it provided because of the destruction to our home the other options would have caused. The technicians were great and after they left we you couldn't even tell they there. It has been about a year since the procedure was done, and the issue has definitely been resolved.
