I had a flood in my home as a result of a hose on my hot water heater getting a hole. Pro Clean came out immediately and were fast, efficient, thorough, and professional. Matt and Emily were amazing to work with and kept me updated through the process. They made dealing with a really tough situation a little easier. Could not recommend them enough!
If I could give them a million stars I honestly would. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Bill, Lisa and Matthew are literal angels. They went above and beyond in every aspect. I had a leak behind my walls and Bill stayed at my house until he found the leak and not only that but they had a plumber come out immediately and fix the problem once they found it. The plumber left his job that he was working at to come help me and had came out and fixed it within the hour. On top of that my cat had gone into the crawl space that they were helping me dry out and Lisa crawled down in this tiny hole to look for my cat and figured out what happened to her. Writing a review for my Grandma because she wanted to thank Billy and his team for all the hard work they did in her home. She had a sewer drain back up and about 2-3 inches of water damage throughout her whole basement. As devastating as it was for her, they were great at coming here and helping her get things out she didn’t need anymore and ripping up her carpet and get everything dry. She said they were a heaven sent gift, so we all wanted to make sure they knew she was very grateful! Thank you guys!!
