We had our electric pole fall over in our yard. Thankfully no one was injured nor was there any damage to our home and garage. Ironically the power line from the road did not break or hit the ground but the pole was broken off and had to be replaced soon. First Energy came out right away and taped off around the downed pole for safety purposes. First Energy couldn’t help with replacing the pole since it was my property. They told us we needed to find an electrical Contractor to replace the pole and rewire it as well. The first Contractor we called did return our call but they were 3 weeks out to do the job and very expensive too. I have used Peak Power in the past to do electrical work so I called them had had next and they came out the next morning promptly and started the quoting process. Brent was the worker who did the assessment. He took it back to his Company and they set about quoting the job. They came out a few days later and had the new pole set and came a couple of days later to switch over all the wiring, etc. They worked on this 6 hours on a Wednesday and 6 hours the next day. Brent got things started and then turned it over to two young men named Logan and Mason. Logan and Mason worked tirelessly on this job with only one break for lunch. They worked until they finished the job and went above and beyond to let me know what they were doing and how it all fit together. I am giving Peak Power a big “Shout Out” for the professional work they do and how great they treated me as a customer.
