Never dealt with him personally, but he did the roof back in 2016 on the house we purchased this past January. Had a leak in the roof that left a spot on our master bedroom ceiling. Called and called, with very little response. He did come over and saw the spot and looked where it might be coming from, and told us he would be back with his truck and ladder and get it fixed up. That was months ago and he never came back. I ended up (possibly) fixing the patch myself (thankfully haven't had a leak in the ceiling since). Now we are noticing slight waves along our roof that we would like answers to, but he hasn't responded to me. Would never work with this guy, esp if he doesn't back up his work. I've worked with roofers before and they were always pretty easy to work with and if there were any issues within 8-10 years, they would come fix it. This company is not owning up.Not saying they are like this to everyone. This is my personal experience with them since, prob, March timeline

It was easy and pleasant dealing with Gerrell Roofing. Gutter work estimate was very reasonable and plan on having my roof replaced by Gerrell also. Don’t hesitate to contact them for your gutter and roofing needs.They leave nothing behind during clean up.
