I called ahead and asked office staff if the drivers would be willing to call me prior to delivery and meet me at my home as I have a new dog, and I wasn't sure how he'd do in a crate or room.

If doing a new installation or need something with the system looked at or fixed I HIGHLY recommend asking for (((Dave))) to do it. Guy is awesome at explaining and going over EVERYTHING in detail so you understand it all. Answered every question we had. And VERY nice guy. I Wanted to go elsewhere because of issues we had with Culligan... but because of ((HIM)) we decided to keep the service. Top notch guy! Did a great job cleaning up the work area. THANKS DAVE
