I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about my stylist Arianna, I went in wanting to touch up my bleach but after looking at the condition of my hair she said it just wouldn’t be a healthy option so instead we went dark just in time for fall! Her honesty and her willingness to still help me change up my look was so awesome. She really took her time and put so much effort into it. I've had terrible experiences in the past, but figured it had been long enough I gave them a chance again and IM HAPPY I DID! I went in there wanting something I saw on Facebook, so I showed my stylists (Arianna) and she was super kind and patient, explained to me that she would definitely do it but with my hair type and length it might not look just like the picture, and instead let me know other methods that would work WITH MY HAIR TYPE. This is the first former Famous Hair company that I've been to where the stylist didn't criticize the customer or other coworkers AFTER they left the room. Chelsea was amazing. So cute.
