Do not book with ChuckChoppedit. I arrived 4 minutes late to my appointment (after I txted him letting him know) and he immediately canceled it and charged me a no-show fee, claiming he had a “line of people waiting.”

That was a complete lie—the shop was closed and he wasn’t even there!!

Instead of being understanding or professional, he was rude, inconsiderate, and clearly more interested in charging fees than actually cutting hair. This is emphasized with him lying when he wasn’t even there. Shop closed - no one in parking lot. See attached video.

My brother and I had appointments booked for 11:00 AM and 11:45 AM. We texted ahead letting him know we were 3 minutes away, and we were standing outside the shop by 11:04 AM.

Despite this, Chuck canceled both appointments and charged us “no-show” fees, claiming he had a line of people waiting. That was an outright lie. There was no one there. The shop was closed. Not a single customer in sight.

When we questioned the charge, instead of handling it professionally, he became hostile and threatened us (receipts attached). That alone tells you everything you need to know about how he treats customers.
