I went to this location on 9/25 needing a zipper repaired by 9/28. I was first told that it would take two weeks. I again expressed that I needed it by 9/28. The gentleman there (might be the owner) immediately got on the phone and arranged for the repair. They called me on 9/26 to pick up the coat, that it had been repaired. I went and picked it up and after I got to my location, the coat looked like it had been cleaned and the zipper work was top notch, amazing. This is a rarity in today’s times, that gives that old school feeling of grand customer service! Thank you to all that were involved to assist me. I will be returning and recommending to any and all people.

Conveniently located on Lex Ave between Trimble & Logan on the east side of the road. We use to use them for dry cleaning at my place of employment and I never had any issues with them. I just dropped off three items to have alterations done. The lady who accepted my drop off was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and clear about the time frame for pick up.

I love Brass Hanger! They do a wonderful job laundering my comforters, bedspreads, extra thick mattress pads and my husband's shirts. The bed items come back to me in a convenient zippered plastic carrier, and my husband's shirts are beautifully ironed and on a hanger. I have also used their seamstress services, and Kay is the best!
