Holy Cow am I impressed! I got several bids for my HVAC system, the entire thing needed replaced. Baumberger was the best price for what I needed to do. More than that, Mike, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and personable as well. He really spent the time to discuss options. They fixed the duct work in the attic and even ran a new line to my dining room. Their techs did every single thing top notch. Clean install, and the system works great, I have yet to hear my wife say shes cold, and that was a broken record before. Our air conditioner needed repair and we were unable to use it. Excellent experience from the initial phone call to the final recommendation / quote. I had called three other places before Bamberger, and I'm so glad this is who we chose. They asked for details of our issue on the phone, and came out the same day!! They actually arrived even earlier than expected. Our technician was Dave M. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and thorough. Thank you!
Our heat went out Sunday night, I called Monday morning to have someone come give us a quote or a new furnace and AC. Steve was able to come out the same day and give us a quote. The quote was our 2nd lowest option so pretty reasonable. Steve let us borrow one of his heaters since he didn’t have any heat and we are super thankful for that. We did not use them for the furnace/AC install but I think this is a good company & recommend Steve
