I contacted Adam, along with many other companies, to give me a quote for a retaining wall repair. Adam was the only one to contact me back, and was very quick to come out and give me a quote. Adam and his team were very professional, fair priced, and did excellent work on our wall. I would definitely recommend AM Property Maintenance.

This review is for AM Property Maintenance. Our culvert needed stones and soil cleaned out so water would flow through properly. Adam came out to determine what was needed and then provide an estimate. Adam clearly explained the work needed. We also asked him about work needed for our driveway. We received an estimate within a day or two that was acceptable to us so the work was scheduled. We are completely satisfied with everything that was done. Adam has done work for me in all four seasons. From outdoor landscaping to major tree,plants and brush cleanup. Everything he has done outside turned out beautifully. He has just finished painting the den. That included wallpaper removal, drywall repair and two coats of paint in a room that is very cut up with two doors, two windows and lots of trim. It looks super. I cannot say enough about his dependability, work ethic and fair pricing.
