AMAZING!! We got in super quick, the front desk, lady checking us in was so nice. The nurse we had was amazing and explained medical procedures I had to continue at home very well and made sure I didn't leave without understanding. Dr Estrin (urgent care) was amazing also! Took her time to examine my child and explained everything, I'm so glad I took my child there. 1000% recommend!!
My son has came here for follow-ups after surgery. My biggest frustrations have been with scheduling, and with wait times on the phone. I wish that it were easier to get ahold of someone when needed; I've had times where I was referred onto person after person, and no call backs. I do want to say that the specialist (and their staff) has been kind, and understanding of my son's needs. I just wish that phone calls and scheduling/reception was better. This is why I rated the 3 stars at this time.
The urgent care is great, which is the ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars. We had an appointment with a CNP at Akron Children's in Mansfield. They changed the appointment to a different CNP when I specifically requested the first one. They didn't notify us of the change until I got my reminder text 2 days before the appointment that we would be seeing someone else and at a different time. So I canceled that and they can't get us in until the end of August again to see that specific CNP. I made the original appointment back on April 6th for CNP Thrush.
