Dr Bryan is amazing!! I don’t have any injuries or issues but decided to have him help me with specific training for balance, posture and to lose a little of my “ bumps” from undesirable areas( example belly fat??) as I got out of shape post COVID. I can just say he has been wayyy above my expectations. We have worked on so many areas to help me with my every day work tasks( posture), farm duties( strength), sometimes little localized sore areas( from overworking)… I highly recommend Dr Bryan for any of you that are athletes, yoga fans, boot camp fans or even like me that just need a little help to age more gracefully and stronger!! I had a great experience this summer working with Tom Long (and Bryan). I initially went to vital force for a low back injury but after the initial consult we also decided to tackle a long nagging shoulder issue. Tom was able to customize my programming to address both while also keeping me active in CrossFit throughout (scaled). I’m now fully recovered, moving better than I have in years, and have better knowledge/tools to support my physical health in and out of the gym.

Highly recommend Vital Force Physio!I’ve been seeing Dr Bryan for a little over a year now. In addition to helping with any pain points that come up, Bryan has also been helping with my Olympic Weightlifting technique and programming. As a woman who’s over 30 and still has big fitness goals, I absolutely credit Vital Force Physio for helping me stay healthy and pain free while I pursue my passion!Also, besides for the physical capabilities, you won’t find a kinder more compassionate group of people. Bryan is an absolute joy to be around, and truly cares about his patients.
