Dr. Hickman and his staff are AMAZING! We are lucky to have him in our community. They go above and beyond, even coming in for an emergency appointment on the weekend to help ease discomfort for my daughter.
My daughter’s dentist recommended Hickmans Orthodontist for her expander and braces. It was the best fit for her, they are very understanding and great with her. They explain everything that they are doing and make her very comfortable. They are quick and very knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend them to others.
We’ve been coming to see Dr. Hickman (now times 2) since 2020. Everyone is so respectful & nice. As a parent, the doctors’ conversations directly with my children about plans and treatments, instead of just with me, is wonderful. It’s their mouths being affected, & they deserve direct communication. We’ve had a couple of unplanned minor “emergencies” (like a wire popping out) & they’ve always been able to work us in. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for orthodontic work.
