I had these folks install ductwork in my basement as part of my basement remodel. They were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and completed the work very quickly. When I had a follow up question after inspection, the technician called me personally to talk through the issue and did a great job of helping me understand. Outstanding company. Our AC stopped working and we called Future Air after receiving an outrageous quote from another company. Nick came to our home within 30 minutes of our call. He instantly found the problem and also let us know that the other company had misquoted us. Within an hour Nick had repaired our AC at 60% of the cost we would have paid had we gone with our initial quote. Our AC is now working great. Highly recommend!!!Service: A/C system repair
Very knowledgeable, explained the issue causing our AC to fail and gave us some tips on ways to help prevent it from recurring once they fixed it. They even caught wiring that was done incorrectly by the previous contractors and corrected that for us too. The best around!Services: A/C system maintenance
