“I've been going to this location for over ten years. I've always had quality, professional and friendly service. My recent experience left me dissatisfied in the fact that the price for a full standard men's haircut that was once $8 when I first started going, has now gone up to $18, and a trim to back and sides was once $4 is now $12. The stylist asked if I wanted the top trimmed after having cut and faded the sides and back and I said no. Yet I was still charged $18 for a full cut. With the price increase, I can only afford to get a cut once a month or month and a half and there are never any discounts or online coupons for a basic men's haircut. Sadly, I'm considering going to a local barber.Is there anything that you can offer to retain this loyal customer?“
