Arrived the next morning first thing. This time outdoor spigot that need replaced and was leaking. Brian and Justin gave me a few options to choose from. Had me fixed up right away with a superior product compared to the several replacements that I had dealt with over the years

Would give 5 but....So the technician was amazing! my hubby and I were blown away with their knowledge and professionalism. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because company rep I spoke to on the phone failed to mention a service charge fee of almost an extra $89 we were not counting on spending. be sure to ask up front ( I feel companies should tell you before coming out).
