The staff is known for their expertise and friendliness. One customer mentioned receiving an excellent cut that suited them better than their original request. Penny, a hairdresser at the salon, was praised for her skill in cutting hair according to its natural growth pattern. Another customer appreciated the patience and attention given to their children with African American hair textures. Great Clips in Madeira has a highly recommended stylist, Phil, who fixed a botched haircut from another location. Overall, customers can expect great service and quality cuts at this salon.
I received an exceptional, high-quality haircut and the end result was just as I requested. It is not easy to work with my thick, curly hair with an annoying tendency to frizz. Teagan is polite, friendly, and gifted. She did a perfect job. Why spend a small fortune on a haircut at an overpriced, pretentious salon when such talent is present at a reasonable price?!

Every time I stop in for a haircut the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Two people specifically do such an exceptional job I had to write a review. I usually end up w Madison but today I had someone else she did an amazing job. (Wish I could remember her name) These Two members of the staff seem especially engaging and friendly, the store is lucky to have them!
