Great service. The company sent info and a picture of the service tech advising of the date and time, and called before they arrived. They also came to the door upon arrival and explained the services they were providing.
About Ziehler Lawn Care
Ziehler Lawn Care is recognized for knowledgeable, good communication and respectful service. Customers note that the company sends info and pictures of the service tech, advises of the date and time, and calls before arrival. When the tech arrives, he comes to the door, explains the services, leaves a tag, and posts signs informing owners and the public that the lawn has been serviced. The company promptly sends a follow‑up email detailing when the visit occurred, the products used, the applications for this visit, and the problem areas noticed and treated. A safety reminder is included, telling customers to keep kids and pets off the lawn until the application is dry. Homeowners are welcomed to call the office with questions. The reps are well trained and do their job even if the homeowner is not home. Overall, customers report thorough, attentive, and total service.

Though I was absent when Ziehler's tech serviced my lawn, I knew he was coming because Z alway emails a note. As with all of Z's fine tech personnel, Stephen left a tag that said he worked on my lawn, and posted signs informing the owners/and public walking on the sidewalk that the lawn was serviced. He also promptly sent a followup email thoroughly noting when he visited, the products that were used, and the applications for this visit. In addition, he specified what and where problem areas were noticed, and how he treated them. As Z techs do, he notes the safety reminder to keep kids and pets off the lawn till the application is dry, and welcomes homeowners to call… read full review

Scott and Kyle were super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk around our yard and talk to us about any areas of concern. We would definitely recommend these techs.
