The girls are CareFirst urgent care are amazing!!! I am a constantly returning patient and they never fail to take care of me. Brandy and hannah are always kind and considerate. I feel like they actually care about me an my family. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!
I love coming to the Loveland Urgent Care. Every time, I’m welcomed by a friendly face, and my kids and I are in and out quickly while still being well taken care of. I’ve been to other Care First Urgent Care locations, but this one is by far my favorite.
I had an excellent experience at this urgent care thanks to Hannah, the STNA who helped me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the moment she called me back. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who balances professionalism with such a comforting presence, but Hannah absolutely does. She made a stressful visit feel so much easier.
