Picked up my car 8 hours ago. They were suppose to take it to a mechanic to get repaired. Instead they took it to their lot and won’t return my calls. Still have yet to deliver the car off where it’s suppose to go
Been called multiple times to come get my car from work to take to a repair shop. Will not call back, never comes and gets the car. I'll be taking my service to Dan's Towing.
Their 'office' is poorly run. Make a lot of empty promises, don't return calls and etc. Never know when they'll show up and I would not call in an emergency. All that said once the guys are finally on site they do good work. They don't fool around, always find the problem, and explain things well. They are local people and very good prices, good work just frustrating to deal with.
