Gf's son was there for an appointment. Showed up early and there was an issue with insurance. They figured out the insurance and was able to bill it but said they were now past the appointment time and refused to see him. This appointment was a pre-op appointment and the problem was their fault and they still turned him away. Doesn't show much patient care on their part. If it was our fault I could've understood being turned away but it wasn't.

My husband and I have been using Dr Lima. Since I'm scared to death of a dentist he and his staff made all of my visit easy and comfortable. He's gentle and explains all the procedures to you. Also affordable as cash paying patient. The office staff is absolutely outstanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr Lima to anyone who needs a dentist.
