Highly recommended! I contacted this company on recommendation of a friend. I googled the company, checked out their reviews, and looked for any BBB issues. I called them and actually spoke to a person! Keith couldn't have been nicer. He listened to the self-diagnosis of the fuse tripping problem and my concerns to get it fixed quickly. Although they were unable to work me in earlier, they were able to come out a couple days later. Brent listened to the events that seemed to lead to the fuse tripping and identified the problem fairly quickly....which was not the problem we had thought (it pays to have a good electrician....lol).
