I was driving home to Indiana from Columbus and had mysterious tire issues. I stopped twice to add air, then at Walmart for a tire gauge. I pulled into this dealership and Caleb saved me! Despite having no internet due to a wide-spread outage, my problem was diagnosed, corrected, and I was on my way in 90 minutes, secure in the knowledge that I could safely complete my journey. All for less money than a cheap dinner!

Found the vehicle we'd been looking for on marketplace but it was this dealer three hours away from us. From first email to driving away, it was a seamless process to buy a used car from Coughlin. Jerry was just wonderful and so was Kelli. Excellent communication! They gave us a fair trade in value too!

Bought a Tahoe here today. Drove about an hour each way - and it was completely worth it. Small town dealership with people who care. I got a good deal and they explored several options with me. Drew took his time to talk though all the options. He gave me his opinion without being too pushy. Great guy. The finance lady - I forget her name - was great as well. It might be a long way out of the way to London - but they will make sure you get the best option.
