All staff members were very nice, they went above and beyond to make me and my 12 year old son feel at home, and unlike a lot of other vision places they actually let us take our time choosing our frames. Also they have the best options for frames that I have seen anywhere! Most importantly the doc was traveling from Columbus on the morning of both of our appointments and there was slick roads, so to insure the safety of the doctor and us they got ahold of me and worked out a later time in the same day for us to be seen and at the same time. This place is amazing I will never go anywhere else!

Staff was excellent my phone had died an the girl brought me a charger after I asked her to call my transportation. They were all very knowledgeable. The Dr was fantastic I take tons of medicine she looked it up and we went over it all.

First time there very comfortable environment everyone was very friendly & the doctor was on point w/ everything the exam process was so quick and easy he didn't waste any time w/ all the things needed done like some places it only took about a hr or less since I was new that included paperwork & looking at glasses thats what took some time they all explained things to you easily
