“We came down to Hocking Hills from 1/27/24-1/28/24 for a last minute getaway. We did not stay at The Inn @ Cedar Falls but had an absolutely memorable experience dealing with one of your staff at the restaurant on Sunday. I didn't catch her name but she is a cook at Kindred Spirits in the morning time. We hiked a trail starting from The Lodge at Hocking Hills about 3 miles from your place over to Cedar Falls. None of my group was expecting the long hike. It was cold and raining and we were soaked by the time we were done. We didn't want to walk the trail back so we decided to hike the road back to our car in the cold rain. Once we got to The Inn, we heard a voice yell "If you come to the entrance I will give you a ride back to your car". Not only did she give myself a ride back to our car to come back and get my fiance and kids, but she offered us all complimentary hot chocolate and to come in and warm up even though it appeared they were closed!!! I didn't catch your name but I will forever be grateful to you! And even though I told you a million times over, I want everyone to know you were quite possibly a life saver for us today!!! We will be sure to come have breakfast at your beautiful place and book a stay!!“
