We worked with Luke and Lynn (Horn) on two properties. The build quality is outstanding, their honesty impeccable, and the Webster Rd site is unparalleled. Downside? No ready-made spec houses available- need to bring your ideas/dreams and patience. You will be rewarded handsomely! Pricing is very reasonable and does not change/escalate during the build (unless you want add-ons).
