Hopewell Health Centers-Primary Care

I've been a patient of Bathany Jagers for a few years now. I've never had an unpleasant experience with her or her staff. Everyone is great. I love the convenance of the pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help patients. If they didn't offer the 403B program to reduce medication cost or the sliding scale program to reduce office visit appointments, I don't know what I would do. I'm one of those people that seems to fall through the cracks. I don't qualify for government assistance due to my husband's income being a little over the poverty level. I have to say I do like my doctor a lot but when it comes to test results, I don’t know what’s happened to this society but for some reason when we asked to be explained about our test results and we paid for them, we are told we have to make an appointment to come back in And have a sit down. Talk with our doctor and pay for another appointment. That’s messed up. Doctors do not call you anymore and talk to you personally and answer the questions you have you have to talk to an assistant what has it come to now? Highly recommend!!! Family physicians are very kind, knowledgeable, and listen intently. Every issue I've had has been addressed and treated successfully. The physician I have is very passionate and compassionate! The urgent care at this facility is amazing as well and much faster than others in the area but still very thorough!
