It is anchored by distribution and fulfillment for a major home goods customer. Its strategic location in the Columbus region offers close proximity to a major domestic/international transportation hub that reaches most of the U.S. with short transit times. Capabilities include partnerships with parcel carriers for discounted freight rates, and the full complement of value-added services such as kitting, specialized packaging, and returns processing. The facility also features a mezzanine for direct-to-consumer operations.
