Long's Towing

My experience with Long's Towing today was very pleasant and professional. When I called to request the car to be picked up and delivered to Ricart, the gentleman that answered was courteous, professional and the price quoted was less than I had anticipated. Then just now when the tow truck driver Mr. Jesse arrived, again I received great customer service from him. He called in advance to inform me that he was on his way and he was personable.

They did an awesome job! I used them on July 14th 2025. They got to me less than 20 mina after calling and were very nice. The police recommended using them and I totally recommend them! Thanks guys!

I can't thank Long's Towing enough for their exceptional service during such a difficult time. After my car was totaled in an accident on US-33, I was taken by ambulance and had no say in what happened to my car. Madison Township PD called Long's Towing, and I'm so glad they did.

They handled my car and belongings with great care and respect. The back windows were blown out from the crash, but they covered them with plastic to protect my belongings—a thoughtful touch I truly appreciated.
