Never got call from your company about escalation on our account and still waiting for reimbursement for property thrown out that was never touched before in 3 years. We canceled our service due to modern customer service and no one escalating our issue or refund us for destroyed property.

The driver comes to collect our refuse on the day that collection is scheduled; the office in Lima alerts us to any change of date for collection because of a holiday. The driver leaves our toter in a place where we can easily return it to its storage space. The toter bin is large enough to contain all of our trash for most weeks.

Consistently good service. Driver always returns can upright and in a safe location. Containers they use are durable, good sized, and are kept in good condition. Drivers are friendly as well.
