Based on the reviews, Walmart Vision & Glasses offers great customer service and a great experience. Customers have been going to this vision center for years for their kids glasses and always had great service. The staff is absolutely wonderful, always pleasant and helpful. One customer had a great experience and got a great two-fer deal on glasses and sunglasses. Another customer noted the customer service has always been stellar, and they will be going back for their next pair of glasses. The doctor was the best ever seen, and the ladies were very helpful, even helping customers pick out glasses. Customers look forward to going back again.
We had an optical emergency (broken glasses) and new ones a week away. My very nearsighted kid has to drive in the meantime. Lisa from WalMart Vision center on Harding Hwy. made miracles happen and REALLY came through for us. THANK YOU, Lisa for your creativity and for your excellent customer service!
We've been going to this vision center for years for our kids glasses and always had great service. My girls have received new prescriptions lately so I was online looking up when the vision center was open. I saw that they don't have many reviews and thought that I should share my experience.
After going to the vision center on harding highway for 6 years my insurance changed and they were out of my network, long story short I had a bad experience at another place in Lima and just decided to pay out of pocket at Walmart vision center. They are absolutely wonderful and I can't rave on Keaton enough!! Hes always so pleasant and helpful!! Great job Keaton!!
