Love Ulta. Occasionally low in stock on some items...but love it REPLY TO OWNER...As a licensed cosmetology instructor of course I ask if I can't locate things, no one ever has been able to tell me when it will be in, yet ship to store doesn't work for me as I live 1hr 10min away. I've either made a special trip or had to come to Lima for a Dr appt ( which is only 2x a year) Not to mention I've got disabilities that make it even more difficult to come and browse. Lots of wonderful beauty options, just a bit pricey. Stopped in to use a gift card & I was asked once after being there 15+ minutes if I needed help (at that moment I didn't). I did have to wave someone down while standing in line to check out though to get some perfume out of locked case even though said employee helped someone else as I was standing there by the same case & didn't even acknowledge me standing there ?. She eventually got me what I needed because I literally waved her down in front of everyone before I checked out. Nature of the business I suppose. The cashier was super sweet though.

Miss Harriet was amazingly helpful today! She was very patient, helpful, funny as she helped my client shop today! From the minute we stepped into the store until we was done!!! Phenomenal woman inside and out! I appreciate you ma’am !!!!!
