Friendly employees. Trista is the best. Just got new beds which are loud, but I really liked the old beds because they were quieter. Had to call because before my account was taken off hold because I had a $30 charge when my account was on hold. The employee said that the phone had been ringing off the hook all day about the $30 being taken out, and people weren't aware what it was for. They said it had been posted at the counter since Dec. but when you don't tan in the winter and didn't see it. Was kinda a surprise. An email or letter sent to our homes would have given a lot of people a heads up about it.
