We had a gas leak in our residence. We called another company, but they could not do the pressure test required to find the leak. I called QMS in the morning, and we had a tech out the same morning. They replaced the main line in the crawl. It still failed the pressure test coming from the gas company. They came out the next day and got it repaired. They have a new customer from this guy, and I will give them a call about anything else in the future!

We had a great experience with QMS throughout the entire process. Mike was very informational during the estimating process and ensured us we would have heat again within days. Keith and Phil had a difficult job ahead of them as our old furnace was literally put in place and a wall built around it during construction of our house. They persevered and we had heat the same day. I was very pleased with the way they left my home exactly the way they found it. I am beyond excited to not have to lay awake at night and worry if the old furnace is going to work or not. Thanks again guys. Pleased new customer!!!!

Our AC went out late Thurs afternoon. Started calling Heating & Cooling companies at 7:30am, the next morning. Called my usual go to company knowing with this weather we've been having was going to be next to impossible to get someone one out before Monday or Tuesday. I tried my backup as well. The best they could do was sometime Monday and the other before noon Monday. I called QMS at 10am Friday, said would put me on the board and work us in to see what was wrong. By 1:18pm, Jared was calling to say he was on the way. By 2:15pm Jared had been here fixed the bad capacitor, even had a filter that fit our odd sized unit, changed that, was checking to make sure... read full review
