One word, WOW. I am a very happy client and will most definitely be returning back. My first visit and I was terrified, I have been with my manicurist for 7years and I finally tried someone different and different place. Polish'd nail bar I will be back! Kate took care of me! She made me feel comfortable!

They are super accommodating! I've been here twice now and am very pleased with both times. My first time I came it was right before my graduation and I was a bit nervous going to a new place but my nails turned perfect. I would definitely recommend :)

I have been going here for over a year. The staff is friendly, like remember your name and you always have good conversations. Mae does my pedicures and always does a great job. I also love Rachel for my toes! My acrylics are usually done by Henry. I love him so much he is sweet, OCD, and always goes a great job. My nails are always PERFECT and I get compliments everyday. We laugh a lot in my sessions because we talk and he is funny! But also when I'm not having a great day he makes me feel better, literally this shop turns my days around. The shop owner Mary is the sweetest, she knows every clients name, always greets me, and she is a color pro! Any picture and she will be able to give the EXACT color and it's always right! The young ladies that work the front desk are the sweetest and if I call last minute they always try to work with me. Even if they can't get me in today they will stay on the phone with me with no sass and help me find the best possible appointment. I know they are busy and every once and awhile run a little behind but girl... they are all worth the wait!
