They were wonderful. My moms dog was acting out and they handled her beautifully. She looked amazing afterwards. Great atmosphere, customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. 5 stars absolutely !!!

Typically have done a decent job. This time around, not the greatest groom. My pets ears were not cleaned or plucked. He has always had nice and clean ears - will have them cleaned and plucked at the veterinarian appointment.

I had a hard time finding the new location so I called them to find out exactly where they were located. The lady was very unprofessional. She yelled at me and said I gave you the address. Now you are going to be late. Well I was a block away and had 5 min. to spare. I drove right pass them and found another place to take my dog. If they are going to treat me like that how in the world are they treating my dog, who can't tell me how they are being treated!! Think about it people!!!
