I was exposed to step throat and started getting a sore throat. I was registered and taken to a room within minutes of arriving. History and throat swab was done quickly. Staff was friendly and efficient. Finished visit in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Westside Urgent Care. Only issue was that exam table was not covered with paper. Otherwise a very good experience.
My son had horrible sinus pain and congestion and we were seen very quickly and given great treatment and prescribed antibiotics without any issue. The waiting room and exam room were very clean too

You were all pleasant and caring. It is difficult when you don't feel well and you're 3000 miles from home. You ladies made me feel welcome and you provided excellent care.
