We met with Donovan & Travis back in September about getting an estimate on a new roof. Upon speaking with them, they pointed out a lot of wind & hail damage from the June 15th tornado & suggested we open an insurance claim with our homeowners insurance. Donovan worked with us & our insurance company all the way through the process & we ended up with a new roof, siding, eaves & gutter guards. While doing the install, they found that the seal plate on the side of our home was completely deteriorated & there was the possibility of that side of our home sinking & basically falling off the home. No hype-No high pressure-No lies only honest accurate estimate and a job that delivered 100% on time and 100% on quote. Crew was professional, polite and accurate on every bit of work. Our new roof looks great and should last a lifetime. I recommend Legacy and will use them if and when I ever move again. It was a pleasure to work with Donovan and the rest of the guys. I contacted Legacy on Wednesday, met with them on a Thursday and had a new roof by the following Tuesday. The entire process was so smooth and comfortable, their assistance with financing was incredibly easy! The crew was so efficient and the entire experience was a pleasure. While most contractors will take 25% to 50% of a down payment to start your project, we don't require any money to get started. We believe that when a quote is given, no one should ever be asking for more money throughout. That is why, when we give you a quote, we stick to it throughout the entire project. You will never get a knock on your door asking for more money. After your roof is installed, we have you sign a certificate of completion saying that you are satisfied with the install as well as the cleanup. We believe in putting the customer first and that you should be happy with the work that is done before ever having to pay us.
