I have been involved to Lima area since 1990 in supply and now working in construction of upscale homes. Gehring & Burtchin have been high quality, value added, reliable, go too contractors as long as i have been in the industry. Give them a call.I know from serving on the Port Authority, bringing new jobs to our region, that we need hundreds of new housing units around and IN Lima. Its about quality, so lets build for the present, and build for the future too.
I had a great experience with Gehring and Burtchin Contracting! They completed a number of smaller projects for me (replacing a window, replacing a door and re-doing a ceiling). From the very beginning, the whole team was punctual, communication was excellent and the work was outstanding. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects I have.
