Katey Mertens came to my home on 11/01/23 to check my furnace before having to replace my furnace in April of 2025. She was very professional, polite and very efficient. I asked a lot of questions and she made sure to explain everything to me for my understanding. She came back 6 months later to change my filter and check the new furnace per warranty. When our furnace had issues, they had a tech out to the house in a few days, and we had a new furnace installed about a week later. They do quality work, and they followed up later to make sure everything was working well. I would highly recommend them.
