Needed oil change and Skid plate was falling. Worked with Cheyenne. Super helpful and was very detailed and gave us a few bolts to fix the plate for FREE. Super kind and would definitely make this our main Valvoline if we were close to home.
The Liberty location has a great crew that offers excellent service. They are not overly pushy but do offer a wide variety services. Much appreciate to Austin, James and Cheyanne . I highly recommend this crew.
Austin is the Manager here in Liberty Twp, OH. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I bring there. If he sees something that he has a concern about, He let's me know so I can have it checked out. He and the crew there are friendly and helpful. I'm glad they are in my neighborhood. Thank you!
