Jim has amazing work ethic, patience, answers all my questions very nicely, calm. Picks phone up. Helps when needed.Highly recommended. He replaced our whole hvac system and it was stress free
Jim has taken care of all of our AC/furnace issues for the last ten years, including today when we didn’t realize one of our pups accidentally flipped a switch, cutting off the furnace. Oops. I booked online and he was able to come out within the day. He also kept our old, rapidly aging system running for as long as possible, and then did the replacement (Trane) when we finally needed a new system. We couldn’t be happier, and I wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else.
Messaged Jim about ac unit not working, explained what it was doing . Jim showed up same day ,had part he needed, fixed it in about 1/2 hr. Very reasonable. Would definitely use again.
