UC Health Liberty Township provides a positive experience for its patients. The doctors, including Dr. Nasr-Anaisse and Dr. Zmora, are knowledgeable, pleasant, and take the time to listen to patients' concerns. They are thorough and effective in addressing health issues. The staff, including Kristin Spitznagel, are also commendable for their attentive and validating approach. Patients highly recommend UC Health Liberty Township for its trustworthy and reliable care.
This practice changed my life with precision medicine, and I’m not exaggerating. I have a super rare condition called an arachnoid web and Dr. Zmora referred me immediately to neurosurgery. He is also great with checking record thoroughly and following up. The nurses are wonderful, personable, caring, and efficient. And the stickers on the monitor are delightful. 10/10 would recommend for any patient rare or not.
My previous dr / health network caused me to be very anxious when it came to anything medical related. A several years ago I decided to switch and my friend had highly recommended UC Liberty. Her doctor was booked out but Spitznagel was open so made my appointment with her. My only regret is not switching sooner! She is compassionate, listens and doesn’t dismiss concerns or make you feel like it’s your fault. I’ve never had any issues with the front desk staff or nurses and I’ve been coming here for the last 4-5 years. I have been a patient of Dr Nasr-Anaisse for at least 10 years. Every experience I have had with her has been positive. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and has always been pleasant and knowledgable. I have not personally had any issues with the support staff. I know the lab at the office is not available at the moment, but UC Hospital is less than 10 minutes away. I routinely get bloodwork done yearly so I just ask for a request to be submitted to UC to get the tests done before my visit so Dr Nasr has the results when I have my appointment to see her. I highly recommend Dr Nasr-Anaisse. I trust her completely.
