MyEyeDr. has always been an exceptional experience each time I've been in; whether I'm visiting to get an eye check-up, picking up new lenses, or picking up a whole new pair of glasses, their services are typically top-notch. Today, for instance, I just came in to pick up new lenses, and Gerald assisted me thoroughly. I have gone to my eye doctor for years at the Liberty location. Everyone is always friendly. Today I went to get my glasses tightened and Gerald helped me. He was friendly and made sure my glasses fit right. He tightened my glasses while having conversations with me and not just fixing my glasses and quickly trying to get the job done. He took his time and seemed to enjoy what he does.
The assistant Rinoa was a tremendous help and Jessica was very paitient and knowledgeable when I selected my glasses. Everyone was helpful and gave me excelant service from the time I arrived.
