We've had our 5 year old in classes for the past couple weeks and we are very impressed with the atmosphere and the education that he has received at Chitwoods! It should be required learning for every child!

The trainers are top notch and very disciplined! You’ll love the changes you see in your youth and how their manners suddenly improve, even in already polite children. They genuinely care about their students and are very encouraging. The techniques shown can be used in practical self defense situations and in BJJ matches.
